The Big O: LeBron could average Triple-Double

Oscar Robertson, who recently said that he believes LeBron James could average a triple-double, watched the Cavaliers beat the Spurs on Sunday afternoon.

"It's an honor," James said of the Robertson's appearance. "He's an unbelievable player and an unbelievable person. His name will live on forever."

Robertson is the only player in NBA history to average a triple-double over the course of an entire season.

Michael Wilbon wrote, "It's not that LeBron James's numbers this season -- 28.3 points, 7.7. rebounds and 7.3 assists -- are tantalizingly close. It's that James, who just turned 24, has so much room to grow as a player that if anybody dares to dream of doing it, he would be the one."

Wilbon also compared the last real threat to average a triple double: Magic Johnson.
